To register for any of the above tournaments, please follow step-by-step guide shown below...
1. Fill out Tournament questionaire.
2. Print a copy of blank roster form.
3. Click on on convenor's name of tournament you wish to enter. (Email convenor early to express your interest, and obtain tourny information)
4. Submit your completed SPN roster form, along with entry fee (made payable to convenor of tournament) before specified deadline.
NO POST DATED CHEQUES PLEASE!
(signatures on roster form can be filled out the day of tourny, but ALL other info must be completed. Adding additional players to your submitted roster MUST be approved by convenor BEFORE day of tourny, as it may affect your team's ranking)
**ALL teams' proper division ranking will be verified with SPN office!
(while all rosters are checked with SPN office, please note that it is the TEAM'S responsibillity to apply for proper division. Any team(s) found applying for a division lower than what they are ranked, WILL be reported to SPN office, to be dealt with accordingly)

5. Convenor will contact you via email to confirm your registration. Unfortunately, due to previous incidents, without roster AND entry fee,
there can be NO GUARANTEE of entry into tournament!! (alternative payment requests MUST be approved by tournament convenor. Contact convenor for options.)
6. Team contacts will be notified of game times on the Wednesday prior to tournament date.
